We had a fantastic stay at Biskajer and were impressed with the hotel's location and service. The room was spacious and comfortable, cleaned daily, and had a great variety of tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and offered helpful advice on places to visit. We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and gave us great recommendations for local places to visit. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with recently updated bathrooms. The hotel's location was perfect - it was just a short walk away from the city center, but still away from the tourist crowds. We also loved that the hotel was easily accessible to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas.
That we only had one pillow each. It would have been nice to have an extra pillow for added comfort.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the city center. I loved being able to easily walk to the main market square, restaurants, and shops. The hotel was situated on a small square opposite a charming church, and the sound of the clock chimes added to the ambiance. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. The room itself was really good, with a comfortable bed, all necessary amenities, and a beautiful layout.

We stayed at this venue and it was in a great location in the very center of the city, in a pretty area and on a quiet square. We appreciated the extensive room amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and soundproofed rooms. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service including room service, dry cleaning and shuttle service. The buffet breakfast had a special diet menu and they even welcomed us with a free drink when we arrived.
Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
